2 of the 3 menu screens didn't work and the paper menus looked like they were printed on a broke printer- you could barely read it. And they were out of cups.

Great food. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Very tender and the Brussels sprouts were delicious. Melissa was a great. Very friendly.

Ordered chicken breast. Wasn't brown and saw some red in it. The lady at window wasn't friendly at all. Didn't! say thank you or nothing!

I placed an order on the Sonic App. I redeemed a free cheese tots with the price of a cheeseburger. I get home and I have regular tots, no cheese. Very disappointing!

Extremely slow service.

Obvious staffing issues. Order took 30 minutes and was wrong, took an additional 10 minutes to get corrected. I think the cook was actually running it to the car.
