        Don't place a mobile order. My order wasn't ready at my pickup time. The staff complained about me placing a mobile order and made the pickup situation uncomfortable. The staff I talked to didn't even know how to handle a mobile order. During my pickup fiasco, I also noticed that the other cashier was having trouble operating the register. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and was complaining loudly about it.
