Dollar General

Every time I visit Dollar General, I always seem to have trouble finding someone to check me out up front. Today, unfortunately, the self-checkout was out of order too. We waited around for about 5 minutes, trying to find an employee to help us out. We even called out a friendly "hello" to get their attention. As we walked through the store, we noticed an employee on her phone watching videos. Then she disappeared. Since we couldn't pay for our items, we decided to leave. It's a bit concerning to think about how many people might walk out without paying. Additionally, the store always seems to be a bit messy. Hope they can improve on these things in the future!

Its always something here. Dirty, cluttered, shelves empty, and you get hustled for money by someone everytime you walk in or out

This store is terrible. Ever since Ms. V(I think that was her name)the manager left. Its ALWAYS a mess. I arrived at 8:45 and the girl that normally always has an attitude said they were closed. When the sign clearly says they close at 9pm. I said its not 9 yet. She replied we lock the doors at 8:45 Well maybe they should change the hours on their sign to 8am-8:45. Ill be calling corporate in the morning.

Disgusting store, trash outside and the store inside is a mess. Shame on store manager standing outside smoking while on the phone. Clean up your store.
