Car still squeaks after buying new brakes and pads and after several visits to fix the problem. Told to pump the brakes to stop. Pumping is not helping. I've paid over $800.and still not satisfied. My new brakes continue to squeak...

I've been getting my vehicles serviced at this Firestone for a while now. I moved to a city a few miles away, but still choose to come to this Firestone. I like the service I get and the guys are friendly but not pushy about hard sells. I really appreciate that in their customer service. Thank you.

I want to thank Matt the Mechanic
and Johnathan Maize for their awesome service given on my Hyundai.
I came in for a noise I was hearing beneath the hood and that turned out to be a minor fix.
Matt didnt stop there in checking out my vehicle as I advised I was about to go on a road trip later today! He throughly checked out my tires and found a nail in each tire and as a courtesy repair he took care of that. He then proceeded to check out the a/c hoses and found a snake hole and advised me on a fix for it! Lastly he advised me that I needed brake pads. The level of service I received from this garage far exceeded my expectations of great quality service I am definitely going back, and I strongly suggest that you do too! So many times we hear about women being taken advantage of by repair places but that was not my experience here.Signed a Very Satisfied Customer Tamasha Jones
