Extremely disappointed with this company. They have a contract with Home Depot and were supposed to come measure our countertops. They contacted us and set an appointment for a Tuesday. Around 1pm the Monday before they called and said they couldnt make that time and we had 2 options either 9-11 that same Tues or 9-11 that Friday. We rearranged our schedule for the 9-11 that same Tues and no one showed. We called and after about an hour plus got a return call ( I assume they took that 11:30-12:30 lunch on the recording) we were called and told someone was on the way. Unfortunately we couldnt wait for them to drive from Lewisville to Mansfield and also do the work and make some appointments we moved, so we said we need to reschedule. Was told wed get a return call to reschedule heard nothing back the rest of the week. Called them the following Monday to reschedule and got their recording. No return call. Called again Tues got someone made an appointment for Fri 9-11. Thurs I get a call they were just receiving my message from Monday and confirmed the Friday appointment. Again no call no show on Friday. We are extremely disappointed and considering going in a different direction with replacing our counters..
Follow up.. So after calling and complaining to the manager and requesting the owner info, we get a call from Dan whos supposed to be the owner. Hes apologetic and says hes gonna make a special Saturday visit from Ricardo tomorrow (Saturday) between 8-10am. Guess what.another no call no show.we are completely out done. Do not use this company!!!!!

Was told on May 11 2022 that my countertops were ready and scheduled an instal appointment for Monday the 16th of May. Called Countertops Unlimited and they have no record of an appointment. Called Home Depot installation and they have an email from the company stating that the countertops were scheduled for May 16. This is unacceptable. Service: Countertops

This company did a great job for me. I love my new countertops and the installers did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone.
