1-star because I have used this company for my business signage and they did a fine job, so I used them again for my baby shower signage. However, this is where they lose stars. Customer service is terrible! I am more than disappointed in how the job was handled. Emailed asking for a quote and sent examples of what I wanted. I was emailed asking to call and leave a credit card in order to start the job. It was Thursday at 5pm, their closing hours, so I did not call back right away. Over the weekend I made edits to my signs since I believed they wouldn't start the job until they had payment. I called 9 AM Monday, gave my cc info, and then was told that the job was already printed. I was charged for a sign I did not want. No offer to remedy their miscommunication. It left a poor taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for what was originally quoted and charged my card without notification that the quote had changed. No response when trying to reach a resolution. As a business owner myself I feel like miscommunication on their side should have been taken accountability for.
