My first visit here was a blessing! I was supposed to get a shipment of acrylic skinny tumblers (from another company)in that was due the same day and it got delayed. I remember finding them online when I was looking for a heat press for customer use and called to see if they had any in stock...they had EXACTLY how many I needed!! I’ll definitely be back for more items.

This was such a disappointment!!! I was recommended by my sister to come here. I am new to the Vinyl scene but she told me the ladies would be nice and helpful. That is NOT what happened. When I walked in no one greeted me. I wondered around and actually was completely lost as to the cost on their t-shirts because I saw no prices. The two associates working kept laughed and make jokes back and forth between each other and didn't pay attention to anyone. They walked around but never asked me if I needed help. I had to call my sister to ask her for help since she had been here before. I expressed my concern and frustration with the ladies. Another customer heard me and actually said it's normal to be treated this way at the store. She was very nice and recommends another store in Kemah with excellent customer service and said she only came to this store if she was in a rush to get something. When I checked out I was never asked if I found what I was looking for or if I needed anything else. This will be my first and last trip to this store.
