American Eagle Store

I was in twice today and both times I had fantastic customer service. the 3 young ladies working... julie, michelle and another (i didn't catch her name, but she rang me up the first time) were so very helpful, thoughtful, friendly and exceeded my shopping expectations. Miss Julie even saved me some money by helping me sign up for the app. These ladies were the sweetest, and just made my shopping experience there fantastic. They are definitely the reason ill be back and enjoyed my time in the store today so m7uch. 10 out of 10! thank you girls for all your attention to detail and fun personalities.

I went there yesterday one of the workers gave me a discount she even help me to register.But then I came back and the other one took it away just because I did a return I think that was not fare that should of been an even trade cause I just left and came back that same day. The pants that I bought were looking exactly the same way I took them.I was deeply disappointed
