The manager of this store (I dont remember the name :(() is awesome. Danielle, an associate, is a super patient and kind person. They helped me with multiple exchanges/returns/online orders all while listening to my silly ramblings with a smile. Give these people a raise! I usually shop online but its people like this that keep people coming into brick and mortar stores. Thanks Mr. Manager and Danielle!!

In case management tries to gaslight/mislead you. I have attached screenshots of their official return/exchange policy from the American Eagle website. I had to contact customer service to resolve my issue. None of the employees including the manager, Marco, are familiar with their return policy. One employee started spitballing/making up dates in which they would no longer accept returns. When the return/exchange policy sign at checkout makes no mention of it and the official website for American Eagle specifically states There is no time limit to provide a full refund, charge back to a credit card, make an exchange or issue an AE gift card.
