Hello Christopher,Your package was probably dropped over the weekend where the USPS is off for President's Day. All packages were picked up by USPS on Tuesday after President's Day. Your review has nothing to do with the service we provide at Elyson Postal. You should wait a few days before tracking your parcel again. Your package is probably just delayed by the Post office and not actually missing. The Post office is going through a lot of problems in the Houston area, and there have been many delays all around (see link below). Be patient and try again in a few days to track your parcel, and in future if it is anything urgent, you are recommended to use other services like UPS or FedEx as they are more reliable.Our USPS drop-off is a courtesy service and we take no responsibility of it.
