        The staff is great here and always helping with a smile. I have used notary services couple of times here and they were quick to help. Best part about this location is if you call for any questions, then they surely pick your call to clarify. It is definitely better than the other UPS store located on the Mason road.

        This store is a great spot in my community. Staffs are always friendly and patient. Its definitely my first choice to send my returns and packages.

        If I could give the store a minus in the amount of stars they deserve I would all because of one employee at this location. He is by far the most disgusting example of customer service you could possibly hire. I don't know how he got beyond the initial interview unless he was a complete liar during it. I will never ever step foot in that store again, for one simple reason, I honestly don't know what I would do to him if he ever talked to me that way again. If the owner of this location wishes to speak with me. I would be more than glad to do so in person or not. I have tried to call you.

        I just had the nicest experience with an employee named Tony. I had to ship some packages out for my 16 yr old grandson who has a side hustle. He gave me specific instructions on asking for the label to be printed. He made sure to tell me that is the only location that has been kind and printed it out for him. Tony recognized the type of product that was being shipped out and asked if I was doing this errand for my son and I said that I was actually doing it for my grandson and not only did he give me a compliment (at 57 years of age that felt damn good) while I was in there, he was very patient and interacted with other customers. He was very professional and even knew a regular coming in. This young man works very well with the public and is an asset to your company. Thanks Tony for making my day!
