After having a terrible experience with previous lenders, using guild mortgage with Rob Linder was amazing. They were upfront and clear with pricing, told me exactly what I would need to bring to the table for closing, and what documents would speed things along. I couldnt have been happier with the professionalism, kindness and open communication Rob and his assistants gave us.
