Not recommended... Expensive than the Market rate. But that is not the issue. I am not mentioning  names here. Very unprofessional guy. Do not respond professionally and timely. Total waste of time and one more entry on credit checking.

We got the loan, but that was never the issue. The customer service and seeming lack of knowledge or communication was beyond stressful. I’m not sure if the circumstance was unique to us because we got a VA loan and maybe they don’t deal with those often, but I do know that I would never recommend Gibraltar to anybody and I will never be using them again in the future.

Mrs. Serafini is GREAT! I was a first time home buyer and she made the process seamless. We used VA loan and she was very knowledgeable in that area and was able to save myself a lot of money by using the programs available to me I didn’t know existed. She is also extremely available, anytime I had a question I usually got an answer within about 15 minutes. I will be using this company again whenever I look for a new home!
