    Brite HealthCare customer service truly cares about the patient. Sheri Fellat worked throughout the day with me and after hours to ensure that I had the right equipment when I really needed it. She took extra time to ensure the fit and that I was trained with the equipment and was available to answer additional questions that night. I really appreciate her compassion.

    Like a majority of the other reviews, Sheri Fellat is really a life saver. She is amazing. I have known her for over 15 years. She is very responsive and caring individual. She gone out of her way to help me with my CPAP/BiPAP issues with my machine, supplies and fittings. She has helped me work through some serious problems. She takes the time and is very thorough showing me how to get the most out of my machines. Sheri is the best.

    I have emailed people there. I have called and left messages for people there. I have taken phone calls from people purporting to be "sleep coaches' from there. But the one thing I can't seem to get from there is actually my replacement CPAP supplies. Phone calls and messages go unanswered. And now I have completely used up all of my surplus supplies. I have zero idea of how to get a fresh set of supplies from a company that cares so little about customer service. Seriously I think I started requesting fresh supplies at the end of July (2023). And here it is now approaching the end of October (2023). How does a company that is supposed to supply medical equipment stay I'm business when they don't provide medical equipment? I mean it's a good thing my life doesn't depend on these CPAP supplies. Oh wait, IT DOES!!

    This company as well another Home health company were More worried about who was going to get paid instead of worrying about how my Mother was going to get healed. I would have called her insurance to explain the situation. Neither One of them Ever bothered to check up on My Mom on whether She was going to continue the service Or Not. This is very Disturbing, because they are hungry for the money. I'm Very!! Disappointed in the bad Service.
