        The gentleman who owns this place is very kind and helpful. He took time with me to assist with my cpap problems and has delivered an oxy-concentrator to the place I was visiting and also picked it up when I was finished with it. I would highly recommend this business.

        Do not expect any customer service from them. They won't accept any returns, they said because it's too complicated! please shop around before you make the purchase here.

        The customer service is REALLY BAD. They do not provide the information you request, you need to keep calling to find out the info and they even dare to hang up on you when you are still talking. I would not recommend this place to anyone AT ALL.

        Store was shabby and dirty inside. Owner said he had a scooter on the phone, but he only had a rental, used scooter to rent for 75% per month of what I could buy a new one for.
