        Very disappointed. Ive spoken to 9 people and no one can help me with my refund. They had my check since January 17th (according to Bridger Insurance) and havent received it. Ive been constantly put on hold, transferred to a survey line or hung up on.

        I have been working with these people since 2007- 2009 when Fernando was there, last few years he hired some female named Astrid. This woman has been so incompetent since day one, this is the reason I left. I didnt know she was still there and thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt, thought maybe she learned the business now and gained more confidence and knowledge when relates to her job and handling customers. Oh boy was I wrong, called her asked for a quote and never got a call back!!! Fernando if youre still there and reading thisyou may need to have a sit down with Astrid when it relates to how she handles your customer, word of mouth can tarnish your business just saying!!!!!!
