Very sorry Alan we couldn't help you. as I have mentioned before on prior reviews, we have a very wide variance in our pricing. Many variables. Age of the roof, insurance credit score, multi-policy discount and several other factors. we know very little about you when we send the mailed quote. We do send out a preferred price mainly because all the other insurance companies send out the same general quote and their best price. So if we didn't do the same we would get zero calls. It's marketing and the idea is to get calls. The quote we send is a real quote just our preferred price. Above average insurance credit score, newer roof, multi-policy discount and 2% deductibles. Yes, some folks we cant help, but so far for March we have written 50 new home policies and saved folks a lot of money. So again very sorry we couldn't help you and good luck to ya.
