image I have stayed here for years, always with positive results. I still love the beds. The rooms are large. But the breakfast is now awful. No tea, no hard boiled eggs as there once was. They are out of everything by 8 am. Also there is now an attitude of whatever from the staff. It never used to be that way. It seems the entire customer service policy has disappeared. Too bad. It used to be really good here.

image On March 19, 2024, I experienced a significant loss when my GMC 3500HD Denali Edition Truck, valued at $125,000, was stolen from this BW Premier Hotel in Katy, Texas Energy Corridor. The theft occurred alarmingly close to the hotel's front entrance, less than 20 feet away, and was clearly captured by the hotel's surveillance system, evidence of which I have attached for verification.
Initially, the hotel presented itself as a premium accommodation with exemplary interior design and first-class rooms. However, my opinion drastically changed following the theft incident, particularly regarding the hotel's response to my request for their insurance details to file a claim. Despite promptly completing an incident report, which noted that the theft had been reported to their insurance company, my subsequent attempts to obtain the necessary insurance information to contact carrier through multiple email requests and direct inquiries have been unsuccessful.
Ten days have elapsed since the theft, during which I've sent three emails with no response. A personal visit to the hotel yielded no progress, as I was informed that the hotel is unwilling to disclose the insurance carrier's details. This lack of communication and refusal to provide essential information have significantly compounded the distress caused by the vehichle theft itself.
While I understand that vehicle theft can occur in any setting, the real issue I'm confronting is the hotel's lack of responsiveness and transparency post-incident. It's disheartening that a guest at a luxury property such as this BW Premier Energy Corridor, having already suffered the loss of a valuable vehicle, must also navigate the challenges of unreturned communications and explicit refusal by hotel management to facilitate the claims process.
This experience has highlighted the importance of not only the physical security measures at luxury accommodations like this BW Premier location but also the need for professional and empathetic handling of unforeseen incidents. The expectation of basic courtesy, such as timely communication and assistance in resolving matters related to guest property loss, should be met by establishments, especially those operating within the hospitality industry.
Safety: Regarding the recent incident on March 19, 2024, at this BW Premier Energy Corridor Hotel in Katy, Texas, the safety and security measures of the establishment have come into serious question following the theft of this high-value vehicle, a GMC 3500HD Denali Edition valued at $125,000. My vehicle was stolen from the location alarmingly close to the hotel's main entrance, less than 20 feet away, despite the presence of surveillance cameras. This incident not only underscores a significant lapse in the hotel's ability to protect the property of its guests but also raises concerns about the overall safety and security environment of the premises.

This response, or lack thereof, from the hotel management not only exacerbates the stress and frustration experienced by me the victim but also signals a concerning disregard for overall guest welfare and post-incident support.
The combination of a glaring security failure and the subsequent mishandling of the situation by the hotel management paints a troubling picture of the establishment's commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. For guests choosing to stay at this hotel, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential risks to personal and property safety, challenging the trust placed in such institutions to provide a secure environment.
In light of this event, the need for stringent security measures and a proactive, transparent approach to incident management becomes evident. Guests expect and deserve not only the enjoyment of luxurious amenities and accommodations but also, and more importantly, the assurance that their safety and security are given utmost priority.
