the guy at the front desk was trying to charge me $120 for the room when i had looked online at it was $70-$80 i told him and he looked surprised and said well its because we are fully booked and its our only room i told him it was fine that i was just gonna go next door to palace inn and he said no no its okay ill give u a discount how about $92 thats all i can do and i was still upset on how he really tried to rip me off for a one bed it was 2 or 3 in the morning and i was so tired i settled for the $92 but what type of service is that ??? he acted like he was doing me a favor when in reality HE WAS RIPPING ME OFF

The Indian lady at reception is a big big asset to that place. Professionalism is her middle name and she extends curtesy like she was burn to do this job. Wow! I loved that place so much because of her and how new the facility is. I stayed more that 10 days and I enjoyed so much comfort. I recommend this place for everyone Rooms: Perfect Nearby activities: Close to everywhere and everything Walmart, sam's club,home depot, best buy, Japanese food, Chinese food, Hispanic food, African food, American food. extremely impressed by the kindness of the staff here The customer service is a 5 start for me and appreciate the punctuality!! I highly recommend this location!

Rooms: Clean rooms but alarms went off sporadically. Elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. Requested 1st floor because of heart condition... Staff shrugged it off. Safety: Somewhat safe
