Professional and courteous!

I stuck the key in the front door deadbolt and it stuck. I had to get a pair of vise grips to remove it. I took a file and deburred it. Then it worked ok.

The Kiosk says that I have a specialty key. Its a standard metal Toyota key. Nothing special about it

Key was not the color that I picked & was over priced. However the key did work.

Horrible customer service . Not organized what do ever . They were racially profiling . They were not giving property greetings
