You can never make a payment, I have been going to this cvs for 3 months on different days and different times and they always tell me that payments cannot be made so I should try again later and I come back in the afternoon and they tell me to come back the next day but I go to another CVS and they accept normal payment. The problem is that the other CVS is further away from me.

Wish I could give a -5. I'm so tired of walking in this store and when I am ready to check out, I am told to go to self-checkout. I don't like the self-checkout, I didn't come in here to work for free. That is one of the reasons why CVS has their associates here - stock, help customers and run the registers. ** Heads up everyone**- I was just told today that at this store that they are going to quit using the registers and everyone is going to have to use the self-checkouts. Well, I won't be back!! I will give kudos to the young lady who works in the afternoon/evening hrs. (Sorry I don't recall your name) She is the best associate in the store & I hope CVS realizes it.

Always a long wait in drive thru or in person. Can take up to 20 mins or more to call and talk to pharmacist
