Motel 6 Irving, TX - DFW Airport North

Rooms: Rooms are apparently clean but furniture is worn out, but what do you expect staying at a Motel 6, right? The front desk person was helpful and friendly and they allowed me to check-in before 1 pm, which is the check in time. The hotel is about 4 miles away from the airport. There are no restaurants near by, and unless you have a car, be ready to pay at least $20 bucks RT for an Uber to go virtually anywhere to dine. Food & drinks: Machine only takes $1 and $5 dollar bills and wont except Debit or Credit Cards, which is a major inconvenience for travelers like myself who only use electronic payments for

Stayed at extended stay for a while, then stayed here a night. Much better. Clean rooms, nice layout. Good TV and mini-fridge. Convenient, I wish all Motel 6s were like this one!

I was put up here by American Airlines after a missed connection. They need to tear this place down and start from scratch! Thin walls, creaking and popping sounds from who knows where all night long! You cant get a peaceful sleep. Find somewhere else! Just remember the phrase You can put lipstick on a pig if you stay here. It will all make sense once you get into your room.
