Please help me to understand the following: I call you, then get the option to use your call back system, so I took it because I am very busy and cannot afford to be on hold for long periods of time. So I get the call back, then you proceed to put me on hold for 8 minutes while someone is trying to locate somebody and then send me to voicemail. Really???? Here is a revolutionary idea for your call back system, wait to call back until you are actually able to handle the call!

Dr Bloom and Ms Chu Ly took care of me with kindness and care. Explained treatment procedures and discussed concerns, "listen and talk" communication. Satisfied with office staff and waiting time. Thank you ALL.

Terrible experience. Please dont visit here and if you have Dr. Bloom then request another doctor. Dr. Bloom was late to my medical procedure by 2 hours. Today we had a post op follow up with Dr. Bloom over the phone and we have waited for him to call us for about an hour. I still dont know if he will be calling me or not. Being punctual and on time for your patients should be the least you can get right. Very unhappy with how he manages his time. Do a better job at scheduling.
