Not Recommended, since more than 2 years they work with Nurse and the PCP doctor is busy and the dates available is after months. They dont care about retaining patients as they have a lot. Find a better place.

Garbage office. No respect for your time. Showed up early for my appointment and still ended up waiting over an hour past the appointment time to see the PA. Don't waste your time here.

This is an updated review as of 3/14/23. I was having an issue with the prescribed medication. So as normal I sent an email to advise of my current state. I received an email back pretty fast from someone who is not my treating physician Dr. Raja. I have never talk to, nor have I been treated by this person. The email I received was obviously from someone who had not read my medical chart but also very demeaning. This person stated the medication I was taking causes that problem with everyone and that I shouldn't take it anyway I should try tea or some other basic remedies. This person spoke to me as if I was 20yrs old and didn't have common since to try these options first. Once again a clear indication that my medical records were not consulted and I was just another over acting female. Dr. Raja failed the first part of being a doctor. Reading a chart I would think is the first step. Before you send an email directly back to the person. My other concern is that I was on hold to speak with an office manager and kera stated she would transfer me. Why would it take 8mins to transfer a call? Since the founding doctor retired this place has become a waste of time. This is an updated review I've been going here over 5 yrs now. The new location is great however there are new issues that concern me. Now when I call in it's at least a 7-10 min hold. Also there is one clerk that answers the phone that collects way too much personal information from you to the point that it's borderline identity theft worrying. Yesterday I called in for a prescription and I was never called back but it was sent to the pharmacy. How was I to ever know that? Well I didn't so I had to call back to the office for another 10min hold to find out what was happening. Not happy.
