Hilton Garden Inn Las Colinas

We chose this location as the host hotel for a work conference. The overall experience was really good. When planning they were very attentive and quick to respond on all questions. The location was perfect for the venues we needed to transport to. They have a great lobby area where they serve breakfast in the morning and have food and drinks for purchase in the evening (The wings and fries I had were really good and I was told they had a good steak). The only reason my rating is 4 stars is because the air unit in the room was pretty loud when it was on. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I made a reservation at this hotel since October 2023. I wanted to see the total solar eclipse. The bed was really comfortable. There is a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Plus there's a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea capsules. The toiletries are big pump bottles. I saw a hair dryer and an iron. There are plenty of electricity and USB outlets. The pool area looked nice. I didn't get a chance to enjoy it. Parking is ample and free. There are ice machines too. The rooms are not soundproof though. Due to the busy Dallas weekend, the hotel was booked. I could hear teenagers running down the hall. Las Colinas is a very nice area and I'd stay there again.

This hotel is run by Indians who are scammers who distort Hilton policies. When booked at AARP rate, HILTON advertises that late checkout to 2 pm is given. These scammers wanted to charge $75 per hour for late checkout after 11 am. Rooms: Good housekeeping. Gave us fresh towels. Food & drinks: Terrible breakfast. Served cold food and left it sitting for hours. Cold eggs. Cold bacon. Cold grits. Cold potatoes.
