Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

Gabriel at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve issues I had with my room and reservation. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, the location is nice. The rooms are a little dated but the service by the front desk staff made up for every issue I encountered.

Nice location. Room had a clogged bathtub, and the fire alarm went off and would not turn off in my room, and the air conditioner was broken. Switched rooms and the toilet was clogged, the phone in the room would not work. Stayed here again and the fire alarm went off in another room and would not turn off in the early mornings. Also have small drain flies in the room. The room service is good. And the workers are friendly. It just seems like most of their stuff is outdated so it doesnt work well. Including the air conditioning, the bathtubs ( was clogged in one of the rooms) , the toilet ( was clogged in another room) and the phones.
