This establishment went above and beyond my expectations. They saved the day. I (literally) placed a last-minute order, and they were more than happy to work past their business hours. Not to mention most flower shops would have been closed 10 mins till. Did I touch on the quality of their work? AMAZING

My woman Loved the flowers and chocolate and she was surprised I think that I didn't forget about our special day thanks to Esther at Aviv helping me in such short notice.

Im extremely pleased with the service this place provides! Ive used different flower delivery companies in the past and I never really had great experiences. They would either deliver to the wrong location or at a terrible time. Ive used Aviv three times now and Im just extremely pleased. I asked if they could deliver before a certain time (before my wife left work) and they have. I feel like they actually care and this isnt just a business. Idk if anyone that works there will see this, but I sincerely appreciate everything yall do! I will definitely use you guys for all my flower needs going forward.

Placed an online order very unhappy with what was sent compared to what they had pictured on line. Online picture was classy monochromatic what was sent was not and even upgraded my bouquet and it still looked sad!

EXPENSIVE AND DISSAPOINTED Very dissapointed and cheated - I needed a custom bouquet of 18 yellow roses sent to my uncle in Cordova Tn. Firstly they are exorbitantly expensive but I figured it's Xmas snd I wanted the order sent the same day, I added a box of chocolates that the sales girl said was $25 for a medium box she told me the small was $17. She also asked if I'd like a bow and I agreed ....... My flowers were not sent the same day instead I got a message saying they didn't have enough flowers , the next day my uncle got my flowers with no bow and no chocolates. the arrangement looked like I went to the grocery store and threw the flowers in a vase - nothing special about it at all..... When you try to reach them it's impossible to get through took me 30 minutes and she said she'd sent a message to some team who will get back to me to resolve the issue. I will never use them again .....
