This flower shop makes enjoyable bouquets, and weve relied on them for several celebrations. However, I purchased a bouquet recently that was delivered a full week ahead of the scheduled delivery date, ruining the surprise. Phone calls to the shop asking for clarification on this issue went unanswered and emails sent to during work hours were not returned. There are equally good, or better, florists in the area who have superior customer service.

I am beyond pleased with the flowers provided for my grandmothers funeral. I described what I wanted and the product delivered was far more beautiful than I imagined. The flowers were fresh, fragrant and flawless. The shop was able to create these arrangements with short notice and delivered them just as requested. Customer service was phenomenal. I have used Flowers of Las Colinas on many occasion and will continue doing so. I am blown away by the caliber of work each time. You will not regret your purchase
