        Appointment was at 3pm, I got there at 2:40 to fill out the patients papers, waited 2 hours, saw everyone else go in even those who arrived after me, go up to cancel appointment and the lady up front said if you wait 20mins they will come get you yet i already waited 2 hours and 15 mins
