The Children's Courtyard on West Valley Ranch

My child was originally at Valley Ranch then we moved to Plano now back to Valley Ranch and I wish I would have never moved her. The teachers are so loving and caring, the kids have all day activities, from arts and crafts to reading and dancing.

I wouldnt recommend this daycare to my worst enemy. Some of the staff members are so sweet but others clearly shouldnt be allowed to work with children. My son was 6 when he went here and an older girl tried to pull his pants down to touch him, was also informed shes tried to do this to others. The daycare had me sign an incident report but didnt give it to me for weeks, they also said they reported it but was informed nothing was mentioned until I called the state.

Clearly, the staff are not competent to work with children. Based upon earlier reviews, as well as, word of mouth from at least 2 others in the community- the staff is disgustingly underqualified due to their massive inability to reserve patience with CHILDREN and maintain composure while handling children's emotions and needs. Additionally, and most importantly the multiple reports of becoming PHYSICAL with the children, including infants as mentioned in a previous review. This facility's days are clearly numbered as the reports continue to roll in without change, acknowledgment, or reprimand within the staff and the facility's ethics/values.

Very unprofessional and unorganized.Expected more from this location when it came to getting information for my child to attend. Given the run around and to this day Im still waiting for phone call and information
