Little Dumplings Daycare

Awesome daycare! My daughter loves it and is super excited to see her teachers everyday. All the new staff is friendly as well.

I'm so disappointed in this daycare, I had high hopes but I'm losing faith. My son has literally been there since day 1 of opening (literally one of the first kids at this daycare). I've seen it decline tremendously. The classrooms have no structure, every time I log onto the watch me app, kids are running around the classroom. The staff and the procedures are not consistent at all. Over the past week my son has been engaging in aggressive behaviors that could be prevented if only the teachers would pay more attention. I'm doing my part to correct them at home but the teachers are not. They do not teach social skills let alone academics. My son is 2 and his teachers can't seem to control or keep him busy. It is frustrating that I have to leave work to pick up my child for hitting and biting when it could've been prevented if the teachers were actually paying attention and keeping the kids engaged in activities. Also not to mention he is freaking 2 those behaviors are common at that age.....REDIRECT him! I'm speaking from a teacher's perspective that work with all types of behaviors. KIDS NEED STRUCTURE! Structure helps decrease potential behaviors and build character. That is the whole point of daycare to provide structure, academics, routine and develop social skills. This is not happening in the Toddler 3 classroom. I am really trying to be patient but my patience is running out! Once Hayly and Latoya left this place has been hell. I pray it gets better! I never had any issues until now! None of my child's previous teachers ever complained about him but now every teacher has a issue. No stations, no activities, no circle (calendar) time, no routine at all. By the way kids crowding around a small tablet can cause unwanted behaviors, may want to invest in TV's. I never thought i would be writing a negative review but unfortunately I have been pushed too. Also, don't tell parents that their kids are a handful.....its very distasteful. I'm just so disappointed because I really liked this daycare at the beginning. The only thing good about it now is Yeako and camera access.
