Michaels Stores Corporate Headquarters and Support Center

When a black customer enters the store, we are given different prices when there is a sale than white customers. How do I know. I went into the store and was quoted a different sale price. My best friend white did the same thing and was given a higher discount. My days of shopping at Michaels is over.

The ad states 70% discount on custom framing and the store stated that it did not apply to frames selected. In fact, agent said they had no control over computerized rates. I got a rate in June 2023 for two frames and with the fake 70% discount ad it still remained at same price. This is false advertisement. At its worst.

Horrifying company to do business with. On June 1,2023 I placed an online order, with customer pick up, at the Michaels Arts and Craft Store 4811 , 1660 Route 23 North, Wayne New Jersey. I received a email thanking me for picking up my order, even though I WAS NOT IN THE STORE ON JUNE 1,2023.I called and spoke with store manager "Jewels" and Manager "Chris" who both stated my items were claimed by an UNRELATED PERSON, and they were not able to issue a refund, and not able or willing to provide me with store video of the person who did STEAL my merchandise. Manager Chris stated " Don't worry, this happens all the time". I wonder what other ILLEGAL activities occur ALL THE TIME at Michaels.
