        Seems the employees took my rental on a joy ride, on my dime. I returned the vehicle 2 hours early and completely full of gas. Nobody was around when I dropped the car off (after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up). I reluctantly trusted Hertz to check the car in properly and email me a receipt like they are suppose to. I drove the vehicle about 60 miles, but my receipt suggests 768 miles were driven and I was charged $76 for a tank of gas. I have everything documented, but cannot get this resolved. It's very unfortunate that I have to see if a bad review catches their attention.

        Never in my life will I ever book with Hertz. Was my 1st time giving them a try and I regret it. I ended up calling and getting my money back. I did not take the car and I am so thankful I didnt with everything that they have been doing wrong.
