        Dillards Im not a fan of your Humble store and here is why. It took 3 people to get me to your return department on the 3rd floor. All of this discontent couldve been avoided if the 3 young people on the 1st floor wouldve disperse from congregating with each other when theyre supposed to helping customers. When I asked them how do I return makeup I purchased online they were dumbfounded as if none of the areas below could help me. Its makeup, for peace sake not returning a rocket launcher. Is customer service dead here?

        The kids clothing section is awful. It consists of one overpriced line. The entire store is overdue for a makeover, it looks the same as it did twenty plus years ago.
