WoodSpring Suites Houston IAH Airport

I was excited about the price in the outside of the hotel and the first assistant manager is very nice and gray and Howland however when I got to my room, the sheets were disgusting with visible stains and everything whole apartment was sticky and just not clean at all then when I complain to the manager She basically told me that she didnt believe me and didnt do anything about it and then I empty my trashcan and put it next to the dumpster cause I had to step out for a second when I came back it was gone and now shes refusing to give me a new trashcan It is incredibly petty. The service is awful. The cleanliness is awful. I thought the price is good but a state at county jail was clean cleaner and probably better service. The manager was rude, rude and for some reason he doesnt believe you when you complain. Yeah really really bad experience. I was gonna stay awake. Im leaving after four days. Definitely would not recommend staying here live. I wouldnt let my dog stay here its a really nice good boys. Oh and the elevator is not working and they are making no attempt to fix it, they also their policy is to clean the rooms once every two weeks no dishes, no ice machine you get one towel one dirty she one wool blanket that is reminiscent of jail so would definitely not stay here Safety: No security Noteworthy details: Disgusting and rude management they literally refused to give me a trash can

Old smoky rooms and the hallway has old carpet and it smells really bad...

Bad service, the elevator doesn't work, there are cockroaches, they don't change towels, they don't clean, the reception doesn't work at night, beds are very high, there are always people drinking alcohol and smoking.
