Wingate by Wyndham Humble/Houston Intercontinental Airport

This may be the worst hotel experience Ive ever had. The place is falling apart, the toilet in our room wouldnt flush properly, there was a nasty stain on the chair in our room and splatter on the wall in our bathroom, and breakfast was almost non-existent. After waiting 45 minutes for pancake batter to be refilled (the only other options were sweet cereal and oatmeal), I finally approached the only employee that seemed to be in the building and was told that, Nobody said it was empty. There was only the 1 employee before 8 AM, and he was also the shuttle driver. The staircase smelled like pot. Someone in the room above us sounded like they were tromping back and forth until midnight, and then again at 4 AM. The only redeeming factors here were that the bed was clean and comfortable and the location was near the airport. Do yourself a favor, spend ten more dollars and find a different place to stay.

Usha is a very great front desk clerk and the room service is awesome I also love how quiet the hotel is I will definitely be returning!!!!

This hotel managed to screw up almost everything. I arrived after midnight and nobody answered the phone for half an hour, so I was stuck at the airport wondering what to do. Surly check-in guy (who was also the shuttle driver) didnt tell me when breakfast was and theres zero information in the room, so I missed breakfast. Got downstairs for my 10am shuttle and was told that its 30-40 minutes late. (This is at an *airport* hotel, mind you.) on the bright side, the room was very clean and perfectly fine. Still, this place gets 10 out of 10 for mind-bogglingly unforced errors.

Usha was great!she provided excellent customer service. Attended to our needs and made sure we were accommodated. I will be using this property next time and the time after that! We plan on being regulars at this location. Service and cleanliness was 10/10 Thank you! Walkability: Restaurants and stores nearby within arms reach. Super quiet and clean
