        I am very unhappy at how they treated a return experience. I phoned ahead to ask if a gift card was refundable after a birthday party got canceled. They told me to come right in. Unfortunately I wasted an hour finding out that they would not refund it at all

        Chicos once was my go to store, but the quality has slipped dramatically while prices increased exponentially. Tee shirts get holes in the front at your waistband, and shrink. I dont see the quality anymore for the price.
