        I have nothing but praise to give United Water Restoration Group. I recently experienced a lightning/fire claim on my home and UWRG responded to my house the same day! They were professional and, most importantly, extremely thorough. I work in the insurance industry and with many restoration companies, both nationally and locally - I would highly recommend our insureds to UWRG in the event of a loss. The staff was extremely professional and sympathetic to my situation. They dealt with my adjusters professionally and openly. If you are in the Houston greater metropolitan area - these are the people to call!

        United Water Restoration Group in Houston really knows their stuff! Dealing with the aftermath of a fire is tough, but these folks have some serious skills. They didn't just fix the fire damage they also tackled the water mess from the firefighting efforts. United's decision-making was on point, speeding up the whole process. They understood how important it was to get things back to normal fast. Thanks to their expertise and quick actions, our home feels brand new again.         My property in Houston, TX was saved from a fire, but it was a daunting task to recover from the smoke damage and water damage left behind. Fortunately, United Water stepped in and stepped up to that job! The biggest relief during a time like this was being able to let go and let someone handle this part for me (probably better than I ever could)!

They were on time and worked with our insurance company directly which helped take a lot of the stress off of us so we could focus on our personal life's work as much as possible.       This is very disappointing to see a 1 star review from you. To add some context for others who may come across this review, we came out to this residence at 5 am during our winter freeze with a four person crew performed demolition, extraction, sanitation, set up drying equipment and containment on a home over 3000 sqft. After we contained and cleaned the damages he decided to cancel the rest of our services we provided our bill for emergency services he asked if we could work out a payment plan and he hasn't paid and now has put out this negative review. This is an attempt to bully us into not pursuing payment in fear of negative publicity!
