        I always come here to make a pre-order and pick it up on release day since my workplace is nearby and I don't have to wait to get it at another location the next day. But they need to get more employees working there, because it's really annoying having to come by to shop there and realize the store is closed with a sign saying they'll be back in 15. I even tried to come to buy something right before they closed, but before I could come in I saw one of the employees closing 10 minutes early and taking off with their friend. They just seem to do whatever they want.

        Terrible customer service, Clayton refused to let me pick up my order even though I had all of my required paperwork. They need to do more training.
