They told me one thing and then when I got there they told me another thing and wasted my time after having me wait two and a half extra days for my payments to clear only for them to tell me no matter whether I finished paying a balance well not me my company pay the balance I still wouldn't be able to get the truck that day I would have to wait another day to leave for an out of State delivery.

Long story short: Had a commercial for about 2 months if that. They use all these good slogans to bait me in just for them to lack every responsibility.They wont call to collect payment their staff not trained properly and youll have to accept blame for there mistakes. I called to make payment and was declined the offer to pay full balance and was advised that I was only able to make a partial payment of the amount that was visible on screen to rep at the time . Just to find out 3 days later the truck was reported stolen while Im out of town working in it. Branch manager, said they have to properly train that rep, but advised me the stolen status wont change and I wont be able to make payment until there able to see the truck and rewrite the contract. Also the partial payment that I was only allowed to pay 3 days before finding out about the stolen stays was returned by Penske same day I was told it was in stolen status. Payment made December 11th & 30th Jan. 2 found out it was reported and they returned the Dec 30th payment Basically in so many words from Penske sorry not sorry!
