Great experience and seamless pickup and drop off. The sprinter van was luxurious and clean. Amador was our driver. He was very accommodating and extremely nice. I would definitely book the service again.

Great rental company in Houston for sprinter 15 passengers rentals , We've rented from Nst Sprinter Van rentals Houston location several times. Each time the staff has been wonderful to deal with, the process was very easy and sprinter Van was always well maintained and in great condition. Highly Recommend them.

John was our driver and did an amazing job. We hired this company sprinter van rental in Houston for a corporate tour. Will definitely use them again for our next event in houston.

Update: I received a call from the owner of this company on November 3, 2023. The guy was very nice and apologetic regarding my negative experience on June 12th (as reflected in my initial review below). He assured me that my negative experience was an unfortunate misrepresentation of his company, and steps have been made to address the matter. I trust that he was sincere in his effort to make things right. Judging from recent reviews of this company, I'm hopeful that my initial experience was, in fact, a misrepresentation of the company. I plan to give them another chance. ______________________________________ I called this company on June 12, 2023 @ 5:35pm to inquire about a sprinter rental for my youth organization. The male that answered the phone displayed very poor customer service. As I begin to ask about specific dates, he rudely interrupted me to say that the cost is $450 per day with a 3 day minimum. I said that's fine, what's your availability for August? Before answering my question, he said you must deposit $1000. I said that's fine, I have a company card that would cover depsoit and rental cost. I asked what must I do to make a reservation? He said that I must email proof of auto insurance to see if I qualify. I assured him that I have auto insurance and a Texas driver's license so no worries with qualifications. He reiterated that there's $1000 deposit. I begin to explain to him that it is offensive that he assumes I wouldn't qualify. He then abruptly hung up the phone. To be fair, it's my first time contacting this company, so I'm not sure if his actions were consistent with the company's expectations or a total misrepresentation.
