Penske Truck Rental

My initial encounter with a male employee left me feeling rushed and frustrated, despite intentionally scheduling my pickup an hour after opening to avoid any rush. I waited at the desk for 15 minutes before he appeared, which added to the unpleasant experience. I had questions, especially being a first-time Penske renter for a large vehicle, but I was hurried out the door. Navigating the pickup location was confusing; the exit sign led to the vehicle pickup area, and the entry sign was for their district office. However, I must acknowledge that Penske's vehicles are cleaner and better maintained than U-Haul. The turning point in my experience was interacting with the general manager, Ana. She was the complete opposite of the assistant manager, being approachable and attentive. Ana addressed all my concerns and doubts, significantly improving my overall perception of Penske.
