We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase, as in general, we welcome our customers to contact us if in need to discuss options for fixing issues may be facing with the used vehicles purchased.In addition to providing a vehicle history report, at Starway Motors we do provide our customers with any data we know about the used vehicles we advertise before selling and also make sure our customers are informed and aware that they are buying a non-certified preowned vehicle that may need attention after purchase, we also recommend adding extended warranty service plan when purchasing a used vehicle.In your case, the low mileage vehicle you purchased did not have any visible leaks while in possession and was in running condition with no issues (You test-drove the vehicle and purchased it after inspecting it and then negotiated the price)You contacted us after a few weeks of purchase claiming that the oil is dirty and hasn't been changed per the Carfax report! We confirmed to you that we did not change the motor oil and have no data on when it was last replaced except for what is listed on the Carfax report.You completed the purchase knowing that the vehicle you are purchasing is not certified pre-owned, also advertised and sold AS/IS, and you did not purchase an extended warranty.After a few weeks of purchase, you called us stating that you kept driving the vehicle for over a week after you noticed loss of antifreeze and that was during hard freeze severe weather and also complained that the oil looks old! You did not ask for any assistance or advice, just complaining about the oil replacement date and data!
