        We had a very good purchase experience at Russel and Smith starting from the test-drive and finishing with driving out our new car. Our sales rep Gilton was super helpful and knowledgeable and patient when addressing our questions. We were offered financial options and taken through all the steps by Chris, the financial rep at the dealership. The process was smooth while it took sometime. All in all, we are satisfied with the services and our purchase.
