        Jake was patient and respectful of our wants and limits on time. Thank you! Update: unfortunately not even 3 weeks later and our car is in the shop and has been for 4 days. Now, we have to pay for a rental out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. Drive Time has washed their hands of us.
