Please train your Staff or hire professionals, not paycheck helpers... Front desk Office staff is rude... When asking general questions, the staff member, under her huffing and puffing, coughed up attitude. Rather educating or informing "clients", since I was told they don't follow hospital rules because they are a speciality not hospital group, about their cashless rule, she acted as if I should of know a rule that was made up Feb, 1st of this year. We will not recommend this office and will look elsewhere for care.

I am so pleased I selected Dr Hoang for my surgery. He listened to me and provided options with explanations which were easy to understand. The surgery went quite well and the years of difficulty I suffered with, are gone. His staff are, likewise, compassionate and professional.

I don't understand these bad reviews, I've had nothing but the best if care with Dr. Hoang. He found out my blood work was wonky, and was able to get me going in the right path to recovery. I have been using him for almost 6 years now. And I have never been upset about his care. I did have an issue with his old nurse being rude, but I haven't seen her in a while so I don't think she is there anymore.

He doesn't really deserve the 1 star. He is negligent and rude. His terrible beside manner and failure to communicate vital information to me about my situation nearly cost me my kidney or possibly even my life. If he's assigned to you in the er, ask for another doctor who cares about their patients. He will likely be happy to not have to work.
