Awful EXPERIENCE !!!! Go elsewhere even if you dont have insurance please go elsewhere!!! They treat you like animals here. I unfortunately got ambulanced to memorial Herman and Dr Barnes was my surgeon and placed one stent for my kidney stones that were 7 mm!! Why he didnt remove is beyond me !! My body begin shutting down and getting them to answer phones was a nightmare so I went in person and scheduled my own surgery for September 2nd, Dr Barnes even stated that my body was shutting down due to stent placements .. fast forward September 1st and my body shut down 1 day before the surgery I was rushed to ER ! Memorial Herman did not want to admit me even though I was in excruciating pain it took hell on wheels to get them to finally admit me and give me pain medicine keep in mind my pain level in at a 20 - the nurses and staff were so rude it was unbelievable one nurse even went on to say do you want your medicine or not I responded with wow whats with attitude and she proceeded to call security and my father was escorted out ! September 2nd I had my procedure of kidney stones removed so DR BARNES states however two days later I was back in ER for another emergency surgery ! The most unprofessional and rudest doctor I have ever come across ! Memorial Herman could have had a suicide on their hands because of him as my mental state was not okay ! Go far far away from here !!!!!

Husband has been calling for 3 weeks straight to see if his specimen results were in and no one has called him back. 3 weeks of silence from a doctor's office. Unacceptable. I wish we would have gone somewhere else.

If I could give no stars I would. At first Dr Stallers staff and herself were ok (3 star). But then on my 6 month check up all changed. I never heard about an ultrasound I was supposed to have on 4/19/21. They said someone would be calling me to let me know the details when the time drew nearer. Nothing. I left several messages and sent Dr Staller an email through the Everyday Well portal starting 4/16 up until today. No response. So I didnt get the ultrasound (I tend to have bladder and kidney stones). Then my follow up was supposed to be tomorrow (4/22). No call back. I finally cancelled the appointment through another number with Jennifer. She also tried to call their office and couldnt get through either. I am now having to find another urologist not associated with this group. I used to see another dr there who I didnt feel comfortable. I thought I would be more comfortable to see a female doctor for my needs. But Im through with this whole practice. Just now someone called me and made me feel like I was to blame for not calling the right number although I used the number on THEIR paperwork. And assumed I should have shown up for the ultrasound without knowing where to go. It goes a long way with me if a person can just admit there was a screw up. I have no use for this place but make up your own mind. Hopefully your experience will be better. Good luck.
