        I was referred here only to be sent through so many hoops by Sandy. Sandy Martinez called me this morning and had absolutey zero customer service skills and has no business calling patients with how rude and unprofessional she is. She started by telling me I cant come in for my appointment - she didnt do her job before calling me and giving me an anxiety attack or follow through to make sure the Dr Im actually seeing got what they needed before jumping to conclusions and trying to cancel my appointment or have me call my primary. Horrible 1st impression
