I go to Next Level when I cannot get an appt with my doctor, especially on the weekend. They are very accommodating and nice there. The doctor is excellent. My insurance covers the care.

I came here after work I was in and out in 30 minutes the staff was professional the tech Christina Burke was awesome and provider Avani Mehta was also awesome. All my family comes here and I have referred my co-workers. Best place to go when you can't get to your primary care doctor.

The worst place there is!!! I will not exaggerate and say that it is even dangerous! They just lie to your face! You bring a little boy, they tell you he has nothing and they don't even check, and they lie to your face, she says they checked his throat and they checked his temperature and they didn't! I say it's worth checking if the doctor has a license, and this isn't the first time we've taken our children there, the first time we thought it was a mistake, the second time we also felt it happened by mistake, but today we realize that this place is simply a danger to children!

just now returned from "Worst Level Urgent Care" Meyerland, WOW! If one reads many of the 1 or 2 star ratings, you may think they are Exaggerating or just plain Grumpy folks. Just how they advertise an over all '4 star rating' is Waaaaay beyond me??? NEVER have I , a fifth gen.Texas native , third gen. native Houstonian, been demanded to Pay for Services BEFORE any Paperwork or SERVICES rendered. After Services rendered by NOT an MD but a PA, I received NO bill Info as to the Exact Charges on my credit card, but was told by 'Jen' after I ASKED for her NAME, which she was hesitant to say. I signed No elec pad for signature to authorize this payment but 'J' said $180 was my bill. I told her I will tell my Discover card invoice that Jen said I owe $180 since we have NO Real Authorized Documents to fall back on. Now I'm wondering why I had to give my full S.S. number to the 'Corporate' phone Rep and then Again to Jen at the front desk. Oh BTW i have a medical background, both military and civilian , so I very well recognize a 'non kosher' item on the menu when I see one. (I wonder if this review will somehow get misplaced/lost ?)
