        Took my 4 year old who had an awful fever. The person there found nothing and sent us home with nothing. The next day I took him to his pediatrician, turns out he had a nasty ear infection In the drs words. Dr started my son on high dose antibiotics right away. How was that overlooked!!!!!!!!!!! Now that I think of it , the person at the urgent care didnt look in my sons ears.

        Terrible service and they just say we understand. We apologize for the inconveniences we were busy. I did my online appointment at 8am. The got my insurance then I came at 3 for my 3:31pm. Waited one hour and half to tell me they don't take my insurance. If you need to be seeing very soon then this is not the place. Don't even consider walk in.
